Leah on Feliz Navidad

I thought it would be fun to teach Leah to say “Feliz Navidad” and told her it is Merry Christmas in Spanish. It went something like this:

 

 

That episode of ‘Friends’ was all I could think of because every time I would say it phonetically for Leah (Fay-lees Navay-dod) she would respond “Fleece Nobbyblav!” and I would correct her and the she would say, “But that’s what I just said!” It was hysterical.

Although, I am now slightly worried about how her foreign language grades will look in the not too distant future!
